About this event
The Tokyo Systems Engineering Summit is organised by prostep ivip as a free, one-day event bringing practitioners from Japan and Europe together on model-based, software-defined engineering. The 2026 theme, Software-Defined. Model-Based. Across Industries., covers aerospace system architectures, software-defined vehicles, shipbuilding digital continuity and model-based approaches to medical technology regulation, alongside academic contributions on engineering design. Presentations are given in English and Japanese with simultaneous interpretation, followed by an evening networking event. An exhibition sits alongside the conference and the full programme is still to be published.

Aimed at engineers, architects and technology leaders in aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and medical technology who work with model-based and software-defined engineering, with a Japan and Europe focus. Free to attend, with a limit of ten participants per company.
