The 2027 edition of Tokenomicon, which now absorbs FinOps X into a single conference on the economics of AI. It is run by the FinOps Foundation and the Tokenomics Foundation with the ITAM Forum, and supported by FOCUS, the Agentic AI Foundation, CNCF and the Linux Foundation. FinOps X ran in San Diego in June 2026 as the FinOps Foundation's flagship event. The 2027 agenda and speakers had not been published at the time of writing and registration is a waitlist.
Who it's for
Useful for FinOps, ITAM and platform teams managing the cost and governance of AI infrastructure, based on the event's stated focus on AI spend economics and its backing from the FinOps Foundation, Tokenomics Foundation, ITAM Forum, FOCUS, the Agentic AI Foundation, CNCF and the Linux Foundation. Not aimed at general cloud-cost newcomers, since the 2027 agenda has not yet been published and this succeeds FinOps X as a merged, AI-focused event.
