EC3, the European Council for Computing in Construction, runs this peer-reviewed research conference alongside the 43rd CIB W78 Conference on IT in Construction, a working commission that has run conferences since 1984. The 2027 edition in Thessaloniki covers nine tracks spanning data sensing and analysis, AI and knowledge systems, automation and robotics, digital twins and cyber-physical systems, sustainability, resilience modelling and construction education and standards. Papers go through double-blind peer review with full digital proceedings. The 2025 edition drew over 280 attendees and 193 accepted papers.
